Technical Writer (AI Cloud): Author and maintain customer-facing documentation including conceptual explanations, tutorials, step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references with an accent on cloud computing and ML/AI concepts. Focus on collaborating with product managers, designers, architects and engineers to improve documentation based on user journeys and establishing best practices for writing style, workflows and automations.

What you will do

• Author and maintain customer-facing documentation: conceptual explanations, tutorials, step-by-step instructions, architecture overviews and references.
• Review and revise content from other technical writers for quality and completeness.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, solution architects and support engineers to gain insights into user journeys and improve documentation.
• Establish best practices for writing style, workflows, docs infrastructure and automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English
• Experience with docs-as-code approach (Git, Markdown/MDX)
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, storage) and ML/AI (training, inference, fine-tuning)
• Ability to be flexible in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high quality and customer focus

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering and automation for authoring, reviewing documentation and problem solving
• Experience with documentation analytics and quality assessment
