Content Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid setup based in Berlin or London

hirify.global is building an AI-native procurement platform for businesses.

What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish thought-leadership articles, points of view, and LinkedIn content.
• Ghostwrite and shape LinkedIn posts, bylines, blog articles, and press releases for the CEO and other executives.
• Own white papers and reports from research and outlining through writing, design briefing, and promotion.
• Write and improve landing pages, one-pagers, campaign copy, and sales collateral in partnership with Product Marketing and Field Marketing.
• Create SEO/GEO-optimized blogs, articles, guides, and other content based on Growth Marketing briefs.
• Manage the content calendar, maintain brand voice, and iterate content based on pipeline performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B content or copywriting experience, ideally in SaaS or another complex, considered-purchase industry.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and the ability to make technical or complex topics engaging.
• Native English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and content formats simultaneously.
• Strong skills in structure, narrative, editing, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with or exposure to procurement, supply chain, or enterprise software.
