What you will do

• Own end-to-end design process for product features, proposing and evaluating multiple user-centered solutions.
• Leverage design systems in Figma for scalable designs and create clear specifications for developers.
• Incorporate user research feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input to improve KPIs and user flows.
• Collaborate with product, research, and development teams to influence roadmaps and technical feasibility.
• Utilize AI tools to generate design variations, test concepts, and optimize experiences.
• Participate in design thinking sessions and strategy to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in user-centered design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience owning feature design processes, analyzing user data, and creating specifications.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and ability to influence decisions.
• US work authorization required without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite as necessary and participate in video meetings.
