UX-UI Designer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Conduct user research and interviews to construct user personas and user flow diagrams.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI mockups using Figma.
• Present UX concepts and design decisions to stakeholders to align on product vision.
• Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to drive design iterations.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
• Document finalized designs for development, QA, and internal team implementation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Strategist, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Proven track record of designing digital products end-to-end.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
