What you will do

• Lead UX and UI design of web-based tools across the platform.
• Translate detailed workflows into clear, human-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Influence product strategy with user-focused perspective and validate designs with qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing web-based software.
• Track record of shipping high-quality product experiences in complex domains.
• Strong portfolio showcasing process, thinking, and simplifying complexity.
• Deep user empathy, clear communication, and systems-thinking mindset.
• Experience defining net-new experiences, articulating trade-offs, and managing ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Background or passion in architecture, construction tech, or home design.
• Familiarity with 3D tools (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Unity, Three.js).
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
