What you will do

• Define multi-year applications strategy aligned with global healthcare mission, regulatory obligations, and growth objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex multi-region application programs, establishing SDLC standards, release governance, and change management compliant with GxP, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Lead globally distributed team, manage vendors, and build talent development programs.
• Provide strategic input into M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Own application budget, develop ROI models, and deliver cost optimization.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive IT experience, 7+ years in senior application management or technology leadership, 7+ years in healthcare (medical device, health systems, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals).
• Demonstrated success leading multi-geography application programs and teams.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise platforms (EBS, JDE, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Salesforce) in regulated healthcare, ITIL, IT governance.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, SOX IT controls.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related.

Nice to have

• Experience leading post-M&A application integrations globally.
• Hands-on with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration platforms.
• AI/ML, MDM, revenue cycle, supply chain experience.
• International experience across EU, APAC, LATAM regulatory jurisdictions.
