What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product validation for release candidates, ensuring all features meet specifications.
• Manage regression coverage and triage customer-reported issues through to resolution.
• Validate UX and workflows across various interfaces including TUI, VS Code, and web UI.
• Ensure functional parity across cloud deployment environments (AWS, GCP) and AI model providers such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
• Define and enforce QA pass/fail criteria and sign-off processes for product releases.
• Build and maintain replicas of customer environments to ensure real-world reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering leadership specifically focused on product validation.
• Proven track record of managing release readiness and quality gating processes.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Ability to lead validation across diverse user interfaces and OS platforms.
• Must be based in San Jose, California.
