What you will do

• Hire and manage CSA talent to significantly grow the team's strength across geographies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for the CSA team and external stakeholders, balancing priorities across product and field initiatives.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with sales, support, engineering, and product management teams.
• Conduct gap analyses to align team capabilities with business requirements and devise training strategies.
• Engage with key customers to develop strategies that bolster hirify.global's value and presence.
• Lead CSA involvement in product planning, representing customer perspectives and technical expertise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Post-Sales, Technical Customer Success, or Professional Services.
• 3+ years of experience managing globally dispersed technical teams within cloud computing or enterprise IT.
• Deep understanding of cloud services and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring and managing performance and employee development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Morrisville, NC

• Experience with hirify.global ONTAP or equivalent enterprise data storage solutions.
