What you will do

• Own public relations activities including press releases, media inquiries, awards, and executive communications, managing end-to-end processes with external PR agency.
• Lead internal review, editing, and approval workflows for PR content to ensure brand alignment, compliance, and accuracy.
• Develop sales enablement materials like talking points, FAQs, and HubSpot sequences tied to announcements and milestones.
• Draft and distribute high-quality internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company news and priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, HR, and leadership to maintain consistent messaging across channels and support employee advocacy.
• Monitor industry trends, maintain documentation, and build relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal/external communications, PR, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing press releases and complex approval processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills, comfortable with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, technology, or higher education.
• Supporting sales enablement or employee advocacy programs.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar tools.
