What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise narratives to drive strategic alignment across all Latin American regions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives and Global Business Units on high-stakes communication strategies.
• Architect and oversee execution of communication plans for complex organizational changes, restructures, and leadership shifts.
• Lead internal crisis communication protocols to guide employees through high-pressure situations.
• Establish global benchmarks for multi-channel content excellence across Slack, Confluence, and newsletters.
• Define and manage global KPIs and OKRs to assess and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive track record in corporate or internal communications within high-growth global technology or financial services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures.
• Expert-level ability to leverage business drivers and industry trends for data-backed strategies.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Palo Alto, USA.
