Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid mode with minimum 3 days in the office each week)

What you will do

• Own and grow hirify.global’s media relations network in the local market
• Develop and execute annual PR strategies and quarterly communications plans
• Draft press materials, localise global assets, pitch stories, and coordinate interviews/speaking opportunities
• Drive proactive PR initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor PR performance, manage budgets, and support crisis communications

Requirements

• Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications
• Strong understanding of the local media landscape (Spain) and established relationships with journalists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting in English and Spanish
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and proactive approach
• Using AI daily as a baseline expectation
