TL;DR

Communications Strategy Manager (GTM Internal Comms): Own the strategy, planning, governance, and execution of internal communications for customer-facing organization with an accent on translating executive strategy into clear field-ready messages. Focus on designing scalable systems, editorial calendars, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce noise and speed time-to-field.

What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end GTM internal communications strategy for Sales, Partner Sales, Support, Implementation, and Professional Services.
  • Design communications operating model using AI tools for intake, prioritization, drafting, approval, publishing, and reinforcement.
  • Manage GTM editorial calendar to sequence weekly, monthly, and quarterly communications aligned with priorities.
  • Define governance standards for channels, writing, QA, approvals, and publishing across intranet, Slack, and email newsletters.
  • Lead partner intake, translate complex inputs into field-ready messages, and coordinate contributors for quality content.
  • Track engagement metrics, adoption signals, and feedback to deliver insights and process improvements to GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or equivalent experience
  • 4–6+ years in internal communications, GTM enablement, revenue operations, or sales communications with strategy ownership
  • Working knowledge of GTM models, field change management, B2B SaaS sales, intranet publishing, and AI workflow tools
  • Experience with intranet platforms (e.g., Simpplr), Slack, email tools, project management (Asana, Jira), and analytics
  • Skills in writing complex strategies into clear messages, influencing partners, prioritizing communications, and analyzing effectiveness

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS GTM communications or global/multi-regional teams
  • Managing communications for pricing changes, product launches, or sales process transformations
  • Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Background in executive communications or journalism
