What you will do

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including confidentiality, master confidentiality, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues.
• Update study team on contract negotiation status and coordinate agreement execution.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
• Identify process improvements and take corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research or similar industry.
• 1 year experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating clinical research agreements (NDAs, CTAs) and managing contract processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
