What you will do

  • Lead the technical integration process of the API-driven platform into client ecosystems.
  • Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive problem elimination in collaboration with Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, monitoring API usage to ensure retention and growth.
  • Design and optimize customer onboarding processes to ensure seamless delivery of value.
  • Identify and develop new technology partnerships and integration opportunities to expand the product ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Support teams to resolve escalated technical tickets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Integrations Consultant.
  • Proven experience handling API integrations and working with SaaS products.
  • Exceptional written and spoken proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within a troubleshooting environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a high focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
