TL;DR

Sustainability Consultant (ESG): Translating regulatory and business requirements into technology-driven solutions for sustainability reporting and ESG operationalization with an accent on compliance reporting, client engagements, and executive storytelling. Focus on leading workshops, driving implementations, collaborating on product features, and leveraging AI for analysis and deliverables.

Location: Poland. "Office as an option" model — remote or in the office. Fluency in Polish and English (min. C1) required.

What you will do

Act as SME and lead implementation projects for sustainability reporting tools across jurisdictions.
Drive client engagements, lead workshops, and deliver recommendations.
Prepare executive presentations and workshop materials with strong storytelling.
Collaborate with product team on functionalities and user flows.
Own pre-sales activities, proposals, and RFP responses.
Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and deliverable preparation.

Requirements

Min. 5 years consulting experience in Big4 or ESG/sustainability firms.
Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting (compliance, product, EPR).
Experience with clients at manager level or above, trusted advisor mindset.
Fluency in Polish and English (min. C1).
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and executive communication skills.
Proficiency in AI tools for research and content creation.
Self-starter comfortable with ownership and new subjects.
