Location: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)
Salary: 900-1140 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Interpret DORA regulatory requirements and perform compliance assessments for operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management
- Translate regulatory frameworks, supervisory guidelines, and legal texts into actionable requirements, controls, and implementation plans
- Provide expert judgment on regulatory intent, proportionality, and industry best practices in financial services
- Support preparation of documentation and evidence for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections
- Contribute to structured reporting for senior management and governance bodies
- Act as DORA subject matter expert, collaborating with risk, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in regulatory advisory or compliance validation within banking or financial services
- Strong practical knowledge of DORA and operational resilience regulations
- Hands-on experience in business continuity and crisis management in financial sector
- Experience supporting audits, supervisory reviews, or regulatory programs
- Ability to assess, challenge, and enhance frameworks against regulatory expectations
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills for clear, documented conclusions
