What you will do

• Define vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain Analytics & AI practice, building differentiated portfolio including Control Tower, Digital Twin, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Design, S&OP/IBP insights, Spend Optimization, Supplier Risk & ESG analytics.
• Lead C-level conversations, discovery workshops, value hypotheses, business cases; architect solution blueprints from business value to implementation and adoption; oversee proposals, RFPs, PoCs, scoping, and deal shaping.
• Act as SME in solution development and delivery, champion value realization through user enablement, best practices, and performance dashboards; capture learnings to improve offerings.
• Grow and mentor team of consultants, solution architects, and pre-sales experts; establish standards, playbooks, reusable assets; foster collaboration and learning.
• Develop joint offerings with platform partners (Azure/AWS/GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) and ISVs; contribute thought leadership via whitepapers, talks, webinars.

Requirements

• 20+ years in data analytics/AI or supply chain; 10+ years focused on supply chain data/analytics solutions with tangible delivery outcomes.
• Proven track record building/operationalizing analytics/AI solutions (beyond POCs) across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, supply network design, procurement, planning/forecasting, sustainability.
• Industry depth in CPG/retail, pharma/healthcare, industrial manufacturing; knowledge of supply chain processes/metrics and sustainability analytics.
• Expertise in data/analytics for supply chain: cloud platforms, BI, ML/optimization techniques, scalable solutions.
• Own P&L/commercial targets; excellence in pre-sales, deal shaping, senior stakeholder management; strong communication/storytelling/change management in global environments.
