What you will do

• Translate consulting strategy into processes for AI delivery, quality standards, business value engineering, and Solution Quality Assurance.
• Build frameworks like Business Value Engineering tooling, standard workshops, AI accelerator adoption, and accelerator library.
• Create culture of high expectations and autonomy with 360-degree feedback, peer reviews, and transparent development.
• Develop enablement pathways for independent operation from BVE conversations to partner advisory.
• Oversight delivery quality across SDM, RFNO, project management via standards and governance.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for SDM and RFNO teams with CCO and HR.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in SAP consulting or related enterprise software.
• 5+ years leadership of larger consulting teams.
• Proven track record building operating models that succeed.
• Strong people developer: honest assessment, clear expectations, patient development.
• Structured thinker creating clarity without bureaucracy.
• Belief in high freedom and high expectations.
• Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

• Exposure to downstream logistics or retail fuel industry.
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery or modern feedback (360 reviews, OKRs).
• Background in partner ecosystems or multi-stakeholder delivery.
