Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Execute tailored executive search strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent across the company portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end senior-level searches, including sourcing, assessment, and offer process coordination.
• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify industry players and competitive landscapes.
• Build and maintain proactive, real-time talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver a high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking within ATS/CRM systems to ensure data integrity and support reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle executive level searches within a search firm or in-house function.
• Experience working within the media, entertainment, technology, or digital media industries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interviewing, assessment, and client correspondence.
• Proven ability to identify industry trends and synthesize large volumes of market and talent information.
• Strategic and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 3 days per week
