What you will do

• Review financial data from private equity clients and load it into internal accounting systems.
• Support consolidations across investment structures using consolidation rules.
• Process fund expenses payments, book related journal entries, and complete investment and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices, plus fee schedules (management fees and carried interest) aligned to fund documents.
• Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle and ensure P&L and capital transactions are booked correctly.
• Produce NAV packages and ad hoc deliverables per service level agreements; collaborate with clients, banks, auditors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting.
• Some years of fund administration experience, including experience managing staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of fund administration, including multiple fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments, and fund offering documentation review.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
• Experience with fund accounting software (Geneva, Investran, or Yardi) is required/expected as an asset.
