Security Representative

TL;DR

Location: 100% in-office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $60,000 to $81,000

What you will do

• Respond to emergencies including medical situations, unauthorized entry, evacuations, and mental health incidents.
• Conduct patrols and audits to ensure policy compliance, safety of areas, and functionality of security devices.
• Manage security badging, access control, and customer service for physical access.
• Prepare incident reports and support investigations using security tools.
• Assist with additional security coverage and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years in corporate security with customer service experience
• 2-year post-secondary program or equivalent experience
• PSISA license(s) required
• First responder certifications
• Knowledge of basic security practices
• Ability to handle medical/facility emergencies and communicate effectively
