What you will do

• Contribute to M&A processes including research, target screening, financial modelling, and valuation.
• Support end-to-end due diligence, timeline tracking, and post-deal integration.
• Build financial models and presentations for internal decisions, fundraising, and strategy.
• Manage data rooms and interactions with targets and investors.
• Assist in equity/debt fundraising, IPO readiness, and capital allocation analyses.
• Drive IR activities like reports, Q&A, and external communications.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong rhetorical and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field.
• 1+ years in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance or in-house M&A.
• Proven financial modelling and quantitative analysis experience.
• Hands-on with storyline-building, project management, and high-quality presentations.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT; experience with AI agents/automations.
• Ability to handle large data volumes and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Exposure to equity/debt fundraising, IFRS knowledge, Swedish language.
