Salary: €6,153 – €8,790 per month

What you will do

• Measure, analyze, and evaluate investment portfolio results across a full range of asset classes.
• Develop and maintain performance and risk reporting products to support operational and conceptual decision-making.
• Drive the transformation of the Performance function by improving processes and evolving the IT tooling landscape.
• Design and implement performance measurement and attribution methodologies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing insight and challenge to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performance measurement and risk attribution.
• Academic (WO) degree in a relevant field; CFA or a quantitative background is a strong plus.
• Strong digital skills with the ability to implement solutions using Python, Alteryx, or Qlik.
• Experience applying AI within a performance measurement context.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam.
