What you will do

• Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using personalized outreach messages.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for business-critical roles.
• Apply Boolean and X-Ray search techniques to identify relevant talent pools.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating effective outreach messages.
• English: B1+ level required.
