What you will do

• Source IT candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
• Establish first contact with candidates via messages and calls.
• Conduct initial pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and post job advertisements.
• Update and maintain internal recruitment systems and databases.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• Good level of English for daily communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bratislava, Slovakia.
• Strong communication skills, positive energy, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Resilience and a willingness to learn the IT recruitment market.
• Interest in working with people and building professional relationships.
• No previous experience required; training is provided.
