What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools and meet client profiles.
- Manage client relationships, contribute to sourcing strategies, and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct competency-based screening, telephone interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Maintain candidate relationships, manage expectations, and provide timely feedback.
- Follow global and client recruitment processes, update ATS systems, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to deliver within KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in recruiting, with industry/sector expertise.
- Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
- Expert in Boolean sourcing, Google Xray, research, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end candidate processes and client interactions professionally.
