What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools and meet client profiles.
  • Manage client relationships, contribute to sourcing strategies, and identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct competency-based screening, telephone interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Maintain candidate relationships, manage expectations, and provide timely feedback.
  • Follow global and client recruitment processes, update ATS systems, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to deliver within KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in recruiting, with industry/sector expertise.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written business English.
  • Expert in Boolean sourcing, Google Xray, research, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end candidate processes and client interactions professionally.
