What you will do

• Scout and onboard high-quality vendor partners in North East and Europe for the Men's Sweaters category.
• Manage capacity at supplier and style levels to support company growth and scalability.
• Execute material sourcing and negotiate with T1, T2, and T3 mill/vendor partners.
• Develop validated cost structures and templates using open costing expertise for negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve product launch hit-rates and reduce development bottlenecks.
• Establish new SOPs and processes to accelerate speed-to-market for USA, Canada, and Europe.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in Men’s apparel, specifically in Men's Sweaters.
• Proven track record with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe.
• Expertise in open costing breakdown and supply chain management.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
