What you will do

• Define and implement purchasing strategies and supplier roadmaps for assigned commodities.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, logistics, and CSR compliance.
• Manage RFQs for parts and tooling investments while conducting technical negotiations.
• Monitor supplier development progress, including design, tooling, and sample timelines.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and resolve pricing or quality deviations.
• Represent the purchasing function in ECR/ECO change management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Fluent proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of machine assembly and mechanical parts.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage complex supplier relationships.
