A start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain working relationships with current and prospective coffee suppliers.
• Lead communication with suppliers via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Lead and manage the company's sourcing team.
• Assist with commercial pricing and offer lists.
• Represent the company at various industry fairs and events.
• Take overall lead on the green coffee sourcing process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Availability to work from 7am to 3:30 pm Colombia time.

Nice to have

• Experience working with specialty coffee producers, cooperatives, or exporters.
• Familiarity with sustainability certifications (e.g., Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, Organic).
• Exposure to international trade logistics or coffee importing/exporting.
• Basic understanding of green coffee quality evaluation and cupping.
• Experience using CRM or sourcing management tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
