Buyer (Jewellery and Accessories): Leading the sourcing, buying, and merchandising of the jewellery and accessories portfolio to drive sales and customer engagement across an omni-channel environment. Focus on negotiating supplier terms, developing long-term product strategies, and optimizing inventory performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Chiswick, West London (Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Source and secure a differentiated product portfolio aligned with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Negotiate cost prices and trading terms while building strong vendor relationships.
• Partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Digital teams to optimize inventory and category growth.
• Develop short- and long-term product and brand strategies including pricing and promotional plans.
• Oversee the critical path for key launches, campaigns, and hero products.
• Analyze sales, margin, and market conditions to inform buying decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial buying role with expertise in Jewellery and Accessories.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs like sales, margin, and inventory.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience developing assortments and pricing plans in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
