Salary: €4,700 – €6,700 per month (Gross)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize the website experience to align with business and marketing goals.
• Plan and prioritize technical improvements to attract, educate, and convert visitors.
• Own and maintain the website backlog in collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Lead the consistent and smooth delivery of a small web development team.
• Execute A/B tests and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure the website delivers strong performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a growth-focused role.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to balance brand, business, and user needs.
• Familiarity with user research methods, heatmaps, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex AI-related technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Lithuania or able to independently relocate to Lithuania within 3 months.
• Strong sense of ownership and a "get-things-done" attitude.
