Salary: Gross from 7,000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Identify and validate new growth opportunities across emerging acquisition channels, AI tools, and audience segments.
• Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture across landing pages, onboarding flows, pricing, and acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to optimize full-funnel conversion rates and user journeys.
• Develop scalable acquisition engines and repeatable growth playbooks to generate continuous business opportunities.
• Manage growth economics to ensure all initiatives are sustainable and ROAS-positive at scale.
• Translate market trends and customer behavior data into high-impact growth bets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS, tech, consumer internet, or fintech businesses.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling growth initiatives across various channels and products.
• Deep expertise in growth economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, and ROAS optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and execute rapidly.
