TL;DR

Head of Product Operations: Enable Product leaders to focus on strategic decision-making by optimizing processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and ensuring seamless execution through efficient tools, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with an accent on hands-on improvements and leadership facilitation. Focus on identifying dysfunctions, managing ad-hoc projects, leading sessions like OKR planning, building a Product Ops team, and supporting metrics and reporting.

Location: Flexible from offices in Kaunas and Vilnius or home (Excellent English and Lithuanian required)

Salary: Gross 4500–6000 EUR/month

What you will do

• Identify and own process dysfunctions, collaborate with CPTO and COS, implement improvements including automation and tooling.
• Manage projects, communication bridges with other departments, status updates, and transparency in Product.
• Facilitate leadership sessions (OKR planning, strategic catch-ups, off-sites), ensure accountability and agendas.
• Build and lead a small Product Operations team, oversee deliverables like roadmaps and board reporting.
• Support metrics, Weekly Business Reviews, Finance for R&D capitalization, and challenge OKR Key Results.

Requirements

• Experience as COO, Product Manager/Owner, Product Operations, or Executive Business Administration.
• Familiarity with OKR planning and roadmap building.
• Proactive in process improvements, templates, and tools.
• Understanding of business/product metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Strong planning, responsibility, attention to detail, collaboration with seniors.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, Atlassian products.
