What you will do

• Identify and prioritize highest-impact growth opportunities across the product funnel
• Own growth metrics including activation, retention, conversion, and monetization
• Design and run structured experiments to improve product experience
• Translate strategy into data-backed requirements and prioritize initiatives
• Define KPIs, monitor dashboards, conduct user research, and analyze behavioral data
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analysts; monitor AI/no-code/SaaS landscape

Requirements

• Communicates clearly and effectively in English
• Proven track record driving product growth through experimentation and data-driven decisions
• Comfortable with metrics, funnels, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks
• Experience managing full product lifecycle in fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional alignment skills
• Takes ownership in high-accountability settings
