Location: Remote (Global) or Hybrid/Onsite in Kaunas and Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: Gross from 4300 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the website funnel.
  • Optimize user journeys by analyzing behavioral data and collaborating with CRO, SEO, and product marketing teams.
  • Conduct user and market research to translate insights into well-defined initiatives and success metrics.
  • Drive website initiatives from discovery to delivery in collaboration with design, development, and data teams.
  • Maintain the website roadmap and plan sprint priorities aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager working on user-facing digital products.
  • Ability to independently identify problems, assess impact, and drive initiatives from discovery to delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with metrics, funnels, and KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with data and task management tools such as Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Tableau, or Jira.
