Head of Product Retention (SaaS): Drive unified client experience roadmap from activation and engagement to retention and monetization with an accent on user lifecycle strategies and growth metrics. Focus on analyzing behavior, identifying drop-offs, designing experiments, and leading teams to improve long-term adoption and product usage.
Location: Flexible work from offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, home, or anywhere in the world.
Salary: from 8000 EUR/month (gross, depends on experience)

What you will do
- Take ownership of user adoption, retention, and long-term value realization by removing friction points.
- Ensure quick onboarding and first meaningful outcomes for users.
- Track intelligence, drivers, education, and prioritize company-wide improvements.
- Enhance post-setup support to encourage return, continued use, and expansion.
- Improve product ecosystem integration for seamless user growth.
- Analyze behavior, define actions to boost retention, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Hire and develop analytical growth teams and execute usability experiments.
Requirements
- Proven experience improving product retention in high-scale B2C SaaS.
- Strong understanding of full user lifecycle and behavior.
- Experience with onboarding, activation, and long-term usage improvements.
- Ability to turn data into product decisions; strong product metrics knowledge (retention, churn, cohorts).
- Leading cross-functional teams; technical background or engineering collaboration.
- Excellent English communication skills.
