What you will do

  • Identify and research selected retail and e-commerce brands in DACH, mapping stakeholders, tech stacks, and triggers like expansions or platform changes.
  • Craft tailored outreach strategies using email, LinkedIn, events, cold calls, gifting, and partnerships with sharp, research-based messaging.
  • Strengthen hirify.global's position in the retail & e-commerce ecosystem by attending events and collaborating on campaigns with Marketing and Sales.
  • Use sales tech for structured execution, planning, testing, and optimizing outreach towards clear goals.
  • Learn the platform deeply to communicate value propositions as the first point of contact for prospects.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and communication skills for relevant messaging.
  • Strong research skills to turn information into insights.
  • Commercial mindset and ambition in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Comfortable with structured work using data and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English.
