What you will do
- Create strategic programs and communications to increase retention and engagement via email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
- Manage the setup, monitoring, and optimization of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs.
- Develop and manage communications reporting dashboards to monitor trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Establish and implement a framework for rapid testing across CRM channels.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align on customer lifecycle goals.
- Research and share current marketing best practices in email, push, and SMS with the broader team.
Requirements
- Experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or other customer engagement marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email service providers, or marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools, HTML, and data visualization platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
- Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- A university degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Curiosity about using AI tools to optimize workflows and experiment faster.
