What you will do

  • Create strategic programs and communications to increase retention and engagement via email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Manage the setup, monitoring, and optimization of ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs.
  • Develop and manage communications reporting dashboards to monitor trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Establish and implement a framework for rapid testing across CRM channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align on customer lifecycle goals.
  • Research and share current marketing best practices in email, push, and SMS with the broader team.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or other customer engagement marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email service providers, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools, HTML, and data visualization platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • A university degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Curiosity about using AI tools to optimize workflows and experiment faster.
