What you will do

• Manage customer data to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies based on industry best practices.
• Define customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and key client segments to improve targeting effectiveness.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, tracking success metrics and performing deep-dive analyses to derive insights.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
• Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• English: Fluent communication skills required.
