What you will do
- Design and launch onboarding flows and trigger-based sequences to reduce early churn, support motivation, and intervene at critical moments.
- Segment database by behavior and lifecycle status for targeted communication via email, WhatsApp, and SMS to boost engagement and cut refunds.
- Build scalable referral systems including end-to-end flows, testing mechanics, offers, and timing to drive new student acquisition.
Requirements
- Fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Strategic thinking beyond following briefs.
- High attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Strong writing skills adaptable to different segments and funnels.
- Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus.
