What you will do
- Manage the activation of customer data to execute end-to-end CRM strategies across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch-points.
- Segment client bases to improve targeting and overall CRM program effectiveness.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting and conduct ad hoc deep dives into campaign success metrics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
- Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
- Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- Fluent English communication skills.
