What you will do

• Collaborate across FedNow, RTP, and ACH product lines to deliver end-to-end payments solutions.
• Translate product vision into actionable requirements and technical specifications for Engineering teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the full US payments product suite for internal and external stakeholders.
• Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and create functional and non-functional specifications.
• Analyze the impact of product changes and utilize data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of future products, including the Zelle gateway.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role.
• In-depth knowledge of US Payments products (e.g., FedNow, RTP, ACH).
• Proven experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Technical experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings.
• Must be based in Ontario (Canada) or the US states of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, or Florida.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on Zelle products.
• Experience in external-facing roles partnering directly with customers or clients.
