What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for acquiring, issuing, and cross-border money movement.
• Manage relationships and technical integrations with Tier 1 banks and major payment infrastructure providers.
• Architect a multi-provider payments stack that balances performance, reliability, and cost.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable system designs.
• Drive the transition toward direct money transmitter licensing and regulatory ownership.
• Build frameworks for international expansion across diverse settlement systems.

Requirements

• 4–9+ years of product experience in payments, fintech infrastructure, or financial systems.
• Proven track record of owning vendor relationships and large-scale payment integrations.
• Hands-on experience with payment rails including ACH, wire, card networks, and cross-border systems.
• Experience negotiating with or working alongside Tier 1 financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of payment processors and infrastructure platforms like Stripe or Marqeta.
• Must be based in the United States.
