What you will do

• Act as the primary technical and strategic partner for existing strategic accounts to drive adoption and maximize investment value.
• Lead Health Checks, Use Case Workshops, and Business Reviews to ensure solution alignment with customer goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and deliver high-impact product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept (PoCs).
• Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions using the hirify.global automation platform.
• Serve as the technical liaison and escalation point, coordinating with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Provide structured customer feedback to influence product direction and document implementation best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Technical Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies including Cloud Infrastructure, ERP, Databases, ETL, MFT, and Networking.
• High-level understanding of ERP solutions (e.g., Financials, Procure to Pay) and organizational structures in large enterprises.
• Must be located in or able to work from Burnham, United Kingdom.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP solutions.
• Proficiency in Java, SAP ABAP, or SQL Developer.
• Experience with LLMs and AI solutions.
