What you will do

• Drive significant financial outcomes targeting $12–15M per annum in sales.
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with CxOs to position AWS as a strategic partner in digital transformation.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and large-scale transformations.
• Identify and convert a pipeline of strategic business opportunities leveraging AWS Cloud and AI capabilities.
• Develop and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.
• Deliver high-quality client work and manage the end-to-end engagement from scoping to execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects in a consulting, corporate, or public sector environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and modern technology stacks.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate, drive change, and maintain a strong personal brand in the industry.
