What you will do
- Tackle real-world challenges across various sectors and industries from the first week.
- Deliver a full range of consultancy work through a structured 18-month development programme.
- Complete three rotations across different teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Collaborate with industry experts to address complex problems in the sectors the company operates in.
- Develop consultancy skills through a blend of formal classroom training and on-the-job learning.
Requirements
- Degree-level education (at least 2:1 or equivalent) in any subject.
- Strong people and organization skills.
- Preference for backgrounds involving quantification or research elements.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Birmingham office.
