What you will do

• Act as a sparring partner for clients in creating, adapting, and analyzing market research projects
• Design studies including methodology, target groups, and sample sizes
• Create bespoke questionnaires for various methods like U&A, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff, and Conjoint
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the hirify.global platform
• Interpret results, provide actionable recommendations, and create in-depth reports with charting and insights
• Present insights focusing on storytelling, actionability, and clear recommendations
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping and with Product team on AI enhancements
• Manage projects and contribute to Research Team and product strategy

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in market research and consulting B2B clients, with strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics
• Experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and working with advanced research methods
• Experience creating reports in PowerPoint or G-Slides, generating actionable insights, and presenting to stakeholders
• Full proficiency in English
• Strategic, commercially minded approach translating insights to business impact
• Hands-on with tools, survey programming, proactive, curious, with excellent communication and data affinity
