Sales Representative (Projects): Driving sales and profit growth for the hirify.global brand portfolio within the South Romanian market with an accent on managing customers and key accounts. Focus on developing relationships with architecture offices, installation and construction companies, providing holistic consulting, and contributing to sales region development through analyses and KPIs.

Location: Bucharest, southern Romania (onsite, frequent travel required)

What you will do

  • Manage and develop customers and key accounts in southern Romania.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architecture offices, installation companies, and construction companies.
  • Provide holistic consulting to customers along the entire customer journey using a digital mindset.
  • Maximize sales together with customers.
  • Conduct potential analyses, evaluate dashboards and KPIs to develop the sales region.
  • Participate in international and cross-functional sales projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Completed degree in business administration or proven sales experience in branded sales.
  • Very comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software (Salesforce advantage).
  • Category B driver’s licence and willing to travel frequently
  • Natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Skilled negotiator finding win-win solutions, driven by targets.
