Location: You are based in Romania with excellent English skills.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs including onboarding, product knowledge, methodologies, and tools.
- Create and maintain sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and datasheets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other departments to provide up-to-date information to sales teams.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools like Showpad to improve productivity.
- Track and measure impact of enablement initiatives on key business metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related role.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Showpad).
- Based in Romania with excellent English skills.
