Location: Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine (Remote or On-site options available)

What you will do
- Prospect and acquire new iGaming brands and operators through lead qualification and discovery calls.
- Present agency services, case studies, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Develop custom marketing strategies tailored to client goals, focusing on specific channels, budgets, and models.
- Close deals, launch partnerships, and manage the upsell process.
- Coordinate with media buying, affiliate, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts using CRM.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and models (CPA, RevShare, LTV, ROI).
- Fluent spoken and written English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
- Ability to conduct professional consultative sales calls and presentations.
- Strong discipline in CRM usage and pipeline management.
- Must be based in one of the listed supported countries.
Nice to have
- Existing professional network of contacts within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of selling performance-based models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Previous participation in major iGaming conferences such as SiGMA, iGB, or SBC.
